Travel Admin / Travel Agents Assistant - Part-Time

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Must have exceptional computer skills and PC familiarity
High level of proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Notes, etc.)
Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy with numbers, letters, and dates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to easily adapt to new systems and programs quickly
Strong customer service and issue resolution skills
Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy
Basic to advanced accounting and expense reconciliation, expense research and billing resolution skills
Additional helpful skills:
SAP Concur experience helpful, but not required
Previous travel agency or travel office management experience
Previous GDS experience
The majority of the workflow is via email, online messaging and phone.
This position requires ongoing technical training with SABRE (airline reservation system) and Concur Travel & Expense, in addition to other software and accounting systems.
Prospects with current and former airlines, hotel or travel industry experience encouraged to apply.
